An RSASA Fringe event during the RSASA Members’ Autumn Exhibition
12th February – 21st March 2027

The Lost Treasure Drawing Fest has two parts
• A display of large-scale drawings
• Special drawing activities for everyone,
• Saturdays, 21st,28th Feb, 7th & 14th March 2027, 1 – 4pm

Invitation to be part of the Drawing Fest Display
Produce a graphite or black ink A4 drawing (portrait format) of a section of an appliance or tool (eg a butterfly clip, pliers, or the gear mechanism of a handheld can opener)
Enter your A4 drawing as a digital image for judging – Free Entry
Finalists selected will be invited to scale up their drawings for display during the RSASA Members’ Autumn Exhibition in the RSASA Gallery 12th February to 21st March 2027
Finalists over 26 years to produce a large-scale drawing of their selected A4 work to 2.0m(h) x 1.2m(w).
Finalists 18-26 years to produce a large-scale drawing of their selected A4 work to 1.2m(h) x 69cm(w).

Special activities will encourage you to have a go at drawing and experience art in a new way.
In our day-to-day life we don’t always realize how beautiful things can be. We forget to look closely. While drawing you begin to see things you never noticed before.

The RSASA Members’ Autumn Exhibition will include paintings, mixed media, photography, textiles and sculpture. The
diversity of the Members’ work on the RSASA gallery walls in the heritage Institute Building will also enrich your artistic
experience.
